Privacy policy
Aukeo collects and processes guest, passenger, member, owner and visitor data in accordance with applicable privacy regulations. Data collected through reservation and charter systems, the Pink List, website forms and marketing subscriptions is used to deliver and improve the guest experience, operate flights as required by law, manage owner relationships and communicate relevant offers. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their independent marketing. Data is retained in accordance with applicable law and our privacy policy. Guests, members and partners may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Aukeo privacy team at privacy@aukeoliving.com.
Terms of use
Use of this website and Aukeo digital properties is subject to our terms of use. All content, including text, photography, data and graphic assets, is the intellectual property of Aukeo LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
Booking disclaimer
Rates, availability and property features displayed on this website are subject to change and seasonal pricing. Displayed rates do not include applicable taxes, cleaning fees or service charges. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Descriptions are maintained to a high standard of accuracy; contact Aukeo Concierge for current and binding information.
Charter and service disclaimer
All flights are operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 air carriers, and the operating carrier is disclosed before booking. Information on this website, including service descriptions, is for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer or contract. All charter, Pink List prepaid balance, aircraft management and service engagements are subject to an executed agreement. Rates and program terms are subject to change.
Regulatory disclaimer
Aukeo operates in compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations, including FAA requirements for the charter flights it arranges and short-term rental permitting. Statements on this website about safety and compliance reflect current program standards and do not constitute a guarantee or warranty of any regulatory outcome.
Limitation of liability
Aukeo manages certain residences in partnership with their owners and does not warrant the condition of any residence beyond the representations in the listing at the time of booking. If a property issue materially affects the guest experience, Aukeo will pursue a remedy consistent with our guest satisfaction policy.
